Intelligent cold storage management solution

Abstract

INTELLIGENT COLD STORAGE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION combines control and automation for each cold store in particular but also makes it easier for users to monitor and control overall cold storage with IoT application. This solution offers greater efficiency and transparency through regular monitoring of cold storage operations, especially for large shipping businesses with multiple warehouses located in geographically distant areas. The benefits that these solutions bring are great. However, the development of many IoT devices makes the amount of data required to be transmitted significant, and security issues and real-time features are issues that need the attention of businesses. The solution uses IoT, Node-Red, Thingsboard, PLC, and PC devices with computing, security, and signal processing capabilities commonly used in industrial environments. In addition, we propose a model with on-site management by Wincc, remote monitoring and control via Webapp, faster data processing, and real-time request-response.
