Abstract: In this graduation project report, the author focuses on designing a complete final checking machine that can do the job instead of checking by hand and the naked eye. In this presentation, the author focuses on the design of the conveyor structure, which helps to bring the product from the previous stages into the machine. The next mechanism is the pick-and-place mechanism, which helps to take the product from the conveyor to the centering mechanism. The next mechanism in the turntable is the size check mechanism, this mechanism is responsible for checking whether the prod-uct has met the requirements or not. Power meter and hipod to help check the product's electrical properties. After checking all the characteristics of the product, the author continues to de-sign the laser printing mechanism for the product, in this section the printed infor-mation will be the company name, date of manufacture and product code. the final step the product will be sorted, defective products will be segregated and awaiting disposal, products that meet all the criteria will be put in the tray waiting for packing. The goal of the project will be to increase the productivity of the product, reduce the overtime of workers, save time, labor and the perfection of the product.
