Abstract: The definition of industrialization has been existed for more than 2 decades since the beginning of the first Industrial Revolution. And one of the oldest engineering was mechanical engineering, which was born to continuously develop human civilization. Coming from the major Automated Production of PFIEV program, we have been realizing the purpose of our education program as well as the increasing demand of human in the 4th industrial age, to realize human desires by sophisticated machines. As the eldest discipline in mechanics, human has been and always will be in charge of the machine as well as understand its problems. Moreover, this thesis will emphasize the importance of problem-solving in mechanics and image processing in company project, in the line task, in seeing the big picture, and the subject here is production line HPM3 at PREMO VIETNAM factory, formed by the combination of more than 5 machines to produce high pressure molded interior antenna. In addition, in this thesis report, we will focus on introducing the problem approach and the improvement process of 3 underperformance machines on HPM3, which are: Inserting Terminal Machine, Soldering Machine and Final Test Machine. From those machines, we can realize the importance of understanding assembly line design, understanding the certain factors affecting the specific machine to solve the ultimate problem. Not only solve the real problem at PREMO VIET NAM factory but also all the projects in this report provide us a broader view in the important emphasis of precision manufacturing in operating few aspects, such as part-handling and industrial image processing, which The Central of Viet Nam are still slowly improved. And in our finest conditions but limited situation, such as time and facilities, we have decent success in increasing the productivity of Inserting Terminal Machine by 3 times, introduced in Chapter II, and opening new opportunities to improve Soldering Machine and Final Test Machine towards total automation, introduced in Chapter III and IV of the report. Before coming to the first chapter of the report, we want to show our gratitude to Dr. Le Hoai Nam for his enthusiastically support to our team; The University of Da Nang – University of Science, especially the tutors at Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology and Technology for giving a precious opportunity to practice at PREMO, and work in a professional environment with the high quality engineers here.
