Abstract: Elevator Observation System (EOS) was built in order to help Da Nang Sofware Park to observe the states of four elevators through website of the building. The system will be installed at the top of the elevator system and can be able to send the movement and the floor (which elevator is standing by) of each elevator. The main function of EOS is detecting the color codes containing three colors (red, green, blue) which is painted on the cables of elevator system. Arduino Mega, which is the microcontroller of the system will analyze the receiving data from TCS3200 and send the states to the server with the support from ethernet shield. The system has been tested and now available to send the correct data to the DSP website, the detecting speed of color sensors TCS3200 were improved to catching the nearest floor surpassing by cabins. PCB now can work more stable and avoid interfering the main system of the elevator. Electric Power Observation System (EPOS) was created by updating the existing system of the Da Nang Software Park, in order to observe the states of power consumption of sockets on each floor of DSP building. The Arduino Mega will be used as the microcontroller due to the available number of gates on the board. 30A YHDC sensor will read the current consumption of the socket, Arduino will analyze the analog signal sent from sensors and send the data output to the server of DSP. The state of the system can also be observed through LCD which has been installed on the PCB.The system has been tested and now available to send the correct data to the DSP website, the algorithm for sensor is upgraded to minimize the measurement error of the current consumption. PCB now can work more stable and avoid interfering the main system of the elevator.
