Design labeling foam station at atenna line 2

Abstract

The thesis was carried out in the PREMO Vietnam Co., Ltd. This project aims for improving the antenna labeling foam station without human interaction. Currently, the operator takes the part from molding injection from the last step, and then mounts the foam by naked-hand, which we think that it’s not effective, especially in the night shift, when the operator becomes exhausted and sleepy. It also doesn’t response the huge amount of product from the last step. Therefore, we want to express our concept and idea to change the process and newly upgraded line with other subsequent stages in order to reduce labor costs and apply automation in the production process. If anything happens due to our lack of experience and knowledge, we hope to receive all the feedback sincerely.
