Abstract: As artificial intelligence approaches the accuracy and speed of the human brain, systems increasingly rely on centralized servers connecting applications from the edge to the cloud. We are in a steep growth and an explosion in the wide range of devices connected to the Internet in combination with the rapid increase in Internet traffic. This means that today's systems have many cases that need to be searched very quickly. Among many options can be chosen by designers to execute these searches, the most effective approach involves using content addressable memories (CAM).
