Abstract: 
The purpose of this study to build an control system for contributing to improving production productivity at Da Nang Rubber Joint stock Company. This is a joint project between the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering - University of Science and Technology - University of Danang and The DRC Company. The presentation presents the processes of researching, designing, and manufacturing the rubber weighing conveyor system.
Up to now, our group of students has successfully designed and simulated the system to meet the requirements of the Company. We have upgraded the control and monitoring system of the conveyor system to be as precise and optimal as possible.
 Requirements
- Maintain the same capacity and performance as the old machine
- Based on existing equipment and machinery to improve in the most effective and economical way.
- Easy for operators to understand quickly and easily adapt to the new system.
 Research objectives
- Research object is a rubber weighing system with including 3 successive conveyor belts.
- Synchronize the compression system of machine 270-01 with other welding machines of the factory.
- Option: Design a control and monitoring system on WinCC.
