Abstract: In recent years, automation appears more and more, in many different fields. And the need for automation is brought to life, mainly in the field of industrial production. Business managers need to plan and act strategically in the right direction. As with Premo Ltd., automation should be applied to automated production processes. At the machines on the 3DC production line, they wanted to eliminate labor and replace them with automated models to increase product productivity. Requirements of machine model: - Eliminating labor and operate 100% automatically - Time to complete 1 product must be less than 15 seconds - Good product output from 80% to 90% The scope of research on the topic "Design and fabrication of product picking and flipping systems" may include the following contents: - Learn about the applications of product pick and drop systems in various industries and manufacturing. - Determine technical requirements for product picking and flipping systems to meet production needs. - Calculation and selection of components of the product pick-and-take system, including motors, sensors, controls and actuators. - Design and manufacture product pick-up and flip systems, including detailed design of the system's components, circuits and controls. - Test and evaluate the performance of the product picking and flipping system, ensuring that it meets technical requirements and safety standards. - Recommend improvements or optimizations to the product picking and flipping system to increase production efficiency and reduce costs. - Implement practical tests and use measurement methods to evaluate the quality of the product picking and flipping system. The project of designing and manufacturing a wide range picking up and product making system at Premo company. The project applies the following knowledge: - Mechanical system design and simulation on SOLIDWORK and AUTOCAD software - Using PLC programming software TIA portal V16 to program the system control - Research and development of machines, automatic control systems on production lines
