In today's modern society, people are increasingly concerned about their own health in one way or another and nutrition is one of the best ways to do this. Nutrition is the process of consuming, absorbing, and using nutrients needed by the body for growth, development, and maintenance of life. To receive adequate, appropriate nutrition, people need to consume a healthy diet, which consists of a variety of nutrients—the substances in foods that nourish the body. A healthy diet enables people to maintain a desirable body weight and composition (the percentage of fat and muscle in the body), to do their daily physical and mental activities, and to minimize risk of disease and disability. [1] With the desire to contribute to nutrition care for everyone and with the knowledge learned in more than 4 years of studying at university, I had the idea to build a nutrition tracking application on the mobile platform. The application will allow user to track their meal and their weight change process, see nutrition facts of their food and whether that day is full of calories as set.vi
