Abstract: 
Based on several practical problems: The process of classifying agricultural products as well as product packaging is still too outdated while the era of industrialization is increasingly innovative. To come up with a solution to the above problem, the team came up with the idea to design and build a model fruit picking system that addresses the requirements set forth. With PLC controller S7-1200 along with classification through high-precision image processing application, thereby increasing productivity and high accuracy.
In this topic, the project team designed the structure for the system, learned the control methods to come up with the most optimal solution. From there, create a complete system with the following parts:
- Calculation and design of structures in the system.
- System design and manufacture
