Abstract: 
The production of the Frame Assy component at Foster Electronics Co., Ltd. (Da Nang) is currently a pressing issue and plays a crucial role in the work chain of the production line. The amount of products produced within a unit of time is insufficient to meet the demand of the working machine cluster behind it. Therefore, the urgent task is to create a new machine cluster or have workers work overtime. However, overtime work can have a negative impact on workers' health and the company's economy. Thus, a new machine cluster is needed to solve this issue:
 Increase product efficiency (reduce product completion time)
 Reduce the number of workers on a machine
 Incorporate image processing into the product process to improve quality
 Increase accuracy rate, ensure safe machine operation, and prevent collisions in case of errors with the machine components and the operator.
2. Scope of research topic
The scope of the research studying, designing, testing, and implementing the work line at the Foster Company. The work process will be calculated and designed to be compatible with the working time on the production line. The research topic will be internally applied within Foster Company, with the initial purpose of testing the stability of the machine in meeting the operating conditions on the production line. Additionally, it will calculate whether the production output is sufficient to meet the targets or not.
